What Your Package Covers
Missing a tooth? One starting price covers the implant, the abutment that connects it, and the crown on top. It also includes a 3D CBCT scan and a consultation, so you'll know whether an implant is right for you and what it will cost before you decide.
Some patients need an extraction, bone graft or membrane first. Those are not included and are priced separately. We'll tell you if you need them at your consultation.
Nervous about treatment? Ask about IV sedation: $1,100 for patients without insurance through Dec 31, 2026, for one visit of up to 2 hours (same day only). Dr. Jong Hyung Lee, DDS holds a Level 3 sedation permit.
Financing is available through CareCredit, with no interest if paid in full within 6 or 12 months (with approved credit). Have a PPO plan? Call us and we'll check your benefits. The package price is for patients without insurance. Hablamos español.

What does the package include?
The implant, abutment and crown, plus a 3D CBCT scan and consultation, starting at $2,999 for patients without insurance through Dec 31, 2026.
What's not included?
Extraction, bone graft and membrane, if you need them. You'll hear the cost at your consultation before anything starts.
How do I know if an implant is right for me?
The 3D CBCT scan and consultation show us your bone and nearby teeth. We'll go over what we see, your options and the cost so you can decide. Results vary.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. CareCredit offers no interest if paid in full within 6 or 12 months, with approved credit. Interest is charged from the purchase date if the balance isn't paid in full in time.
I have a PPO plan. Can I still come in?
Yes. The package price is for patients without insurance, but we accept most PPO plans and our team will check your benefits.
* Starting at $2,999 implant package (implant, abutment, crown, 3D CBCT scan and consultation) for patients without insurance only, through Dec 31, 2026. Excludes extraction, bone grafting and membrane surgery. This is a minimum fee; the final cost may be higher depending on the treatment you need. Results vary.
